Glace Frozen Artisinal is a Victorian based frozen specialise pastry shop, pride them self in transparency for all sources of of their ingredients. They also make everything in the store which is amazing. Christy Tania, the woman behind Glace born in Indonesia but  came here from France where she learnt the art of French Pastry. She was so impressed by high quality produce, Australia could offer. She wanted to bring her creations to everybody and the most universal dessert enjoyed by most people, also affordable is Ice cream.

I was so excited that Christy Tania decided to open her own shop, about time. That was my first thought, she clearly have the talent and probably the money after years working in the fine dining industry. The shop was painted bright yellow, design to look like a submarine. Love the concept to bits. Inside there's not much of seating area, design more for take away rather than long chats dessert cafe. I have been here many times, she's always there but never actually says hi to her. Meet her a couple of times else where, never got the bravery to greet. Lol.

Let's go on to her creation at the shop; they sell ice creams, cakes, push pop, dessert jar and various drinks. Now, I heard that she also doing sweet breakfast which I keen to try. I have tried her Ispahan push pop which I think was delicious, fresh, floral, fruity. Another one of my favourite is her frozen smores. Just everything you like from smores, elevated even more. They also served good coffee.

The down side for me is the location, not the easiest to reach by public transport and parking could be hard at times. Also because it's hard to get there, I would like to hang out a bit more but their seating is very limited and only bar stools. Another thing is there's no toilet on the premise. Well, all of my complains has nothing to do with the product.
