Cafe Sapore located on the ground level at the popular Chadstone shopping mall. The exact locations is in front Marimekko, R.M Williams, T.M Lewin and many more. Interior wise, it's made as if it's outdoor with the glass ceilings, tree's and open space. They have plenty of seatings but it does gets crowded pretty quickly.

I arrived with my family around 10.30am on a Saturday. We got coffee, babycino, Doctor C - orange, carrot, kiwi, lemon, ginger ($9) and Garden Green - apple, celery, cucumber, spinach, kale ($9). Everything were up to standards and go on without a hitch.

Baked Eggs - two eggs, tomato, capsicum, onion, spice, chimichurri, goats cheese, sourdough ($20). I love baked eggs and the sauces was pretty rich as well as it has plenty of kick on it. The goats cheese helps calm the spice down nicely, perfect with the sourdough.

Fritters - zucchini corn fritters, poached eggs, cumin yoghurt, corn salsa ($19). I found the portions are way too small for this dish, I feel I need at least one or two more fritters on this dish. The fritters was nicely done, crispy and soft inside, full of flavours, matched nicely with the cumin yoghurt. My son loves the corn salsa, it's sweet with a lil charred flavours.

Smoked Salmon Bagel - cream cheese, smoked salmon, capers, pickled onion, roquette, toasted bagel ($20). My husband ordered this dish, I wish the bagel was toasted so it has a warm toast buttery flavour. I think it would enhanced the dish even more. But besides that everything was good. I do think the price is pretty high for the portions but they are located in Chadstone so it's understandable.
