Schnitz begin in 2007, founded by Roman Dyduk opened his first store. Together with this sons Andrew and Tom they find a way to make the perfect schnitzel. Now, it has grown to over 70 restaurant all over Australia. Schnitz just launch a brand new addition to their menu, it's gluten free, vegan and vegetarian friendly.

Parmageddon - Parma, sautéed peppers & mushrooms, fresh basil & Italian herbs and The Aussie -Schnitzel, cheddar cheese, rindless bacon, beetroot, cage free egg & BBQ relish. I tried their parmageddon but fully gluten free and vegan version, yes it's a bit more oily than the regular version but it's still delicious. I also like the abundant portions and generous filling.

OMG! -Schnitzel, tasty cheese, rindless bacon, pineapple, cage free egg, baby cos lettuce, tomato, sautéed onions, BBQ relish & aioli, chips and sweet potato chips. I also tried their burger bun. Honestly, my kid love this so much. He ate it for dinner. Schnitz also well known for their crunchy delicious chips and their sweet potato chips is as delicious.
