Sushi Boto is a brand new sushi train restaurant in the luxurious St Collins Lane, part of their level 2 food court. They have their own seatings with spacious space for sushi train but they also have cheap rice don to be ordered and taken somewhere else in the food court, if some of your family want something else to eat. They also have sushi roll on top of rice don.

The place is incredibly well decorated, bright, modern and feminine with light pink colour. Supervisor Stacey very well trained, friendly and warm. All of their staff is like her, so quick yet attentive from beginning to end.

Stacey prepared this for us; Sushi Step; New Zealand Scampi, Fresh Oyster, Hokigai Surf Clams, Tasman Sea Garfish, Dry Aged Tasmanian salmon, A+ Tasmanian salmon belly, Fried Tasmanian salmon skin, Grilled Hokkaido scallop with shell, Wild catch fish yuzu ponzu salad and Japanese Foie Gras don ($88). This is sushi boto speciality menu, you have to eat them from left to right. From light to heavy in terms of size and flavour.

Sushi Train. They have all the classic variety such as okonomiyaki, chawan mushi, sashimi, aburi nigiri, you named it! Everything on the train is $3.8 which is very reasonable price, some of the sushi train restaurant is pretty expensive these days.

The fun part does not end when the food is all gone. They give all customers one Boto coin after meal, to play on their small arcade space at the back. I love the concept so much and it's fun for the kid's as well.
