Enter Neighbour (Revisited-Invited)

Enter Neighbour turned one year old this year. A small cafe in Camberwell with courtyard at the back that I love on my first visit. Jack invited me again to try their new menu, so I did come back for lunch on a weekdays. He wasn't there but his staff take care of my order.

King Truffle - Swiss Brown, baby king oyster mushroom, spinach cooked in white truffle, porcini cream, ewes milk cheese, poached egg, toast ($21). My favourite dish of the day, generous mushrooms and the smell of white truffle salivates my mouth plus the milk cheese, yum! Classic dish but wins me every time.

Zucchini and Corn Fritters - smoked salmon, red pepper jam, fried leeks, poached egg, hollandaise ($20.5). I do think from our last visit, the portions shrink a bit but still filling though. The fritters are not as crispy I want them to be but still sweet and flavourful inside.

Nanban Chicken - forbidden black rice, Gribiche dressing, peas, pickled cabbage, Japanese chicken, crispy shallots, fresh chilli, coriander ($18.5). I love the tender heavily sauced chicken with crispy shallots. This is the perfect comfort meal for Asian folks like me. Chicken and rice.
