Cosi is a modern Italian cuisine restaurant and wine bar. This restaurant has been in South Yarra for so many years. Known for it's consistency and homely yet refine Italian dishes. Cosi has many loyal customers over the years, who loves to hang around and have an actual conversation with the staff.

Ragu al Seppie e Trippa - cuttlefish, tripe, pancetta, tomato sugo, fregola ($20) and Insalata Caprese -
burrata, liquid caprese, tomatoes, basil, balsamic ($19). My husband loves the rich ragu a lot, due to it's very well cooked tripe and cuttlefish. I, on the other hand love the burrata so much. Fresh tomato consome, cold suiting to the weather and creamy cheesy burrata as a centre. I can eat this every day. That basil marshmallow on top also added a fancy flair to the dish.

Patate croccanti- crispy potatoes, garlic, sea salt, rosemary and Broccolini - sauteed broccolini, extra virgin olive oil on the side. Even the side are very well executed. It was a perfect meal with awesome hospitality even to my baby boy.

Pannacotta - vanilla bean scented pannacotta, berry compote ($16). The best pannacotta I have tasted in quite some time, so smooth, creamy, yet so light. Simple, classic ingredients but executed so well and that's all we needed. I would come back just for this dessert. Yes, it's that good. Even more on hot summer weather.
