Hwkr - Pinchy's (Invited)

Pinchy's is also a brand new addition to Hwkr replacing the Bread & Beast. Once I saw their menu, I was so excited to try. This is right up my alley, seafood, cold or hot, Asian or Western, I always love a good sea product. And honestly, not much of this kind of food in Melbourne. Maybe just Unabara in several places, conjoint to Gyoza Gyoza.

Creamy Crab Croquettes - Alaskan King Crab, wasabi cream, chives ($9). Oh myyyy.. That's what come out from my mouth after just one bite. Perfectly melted in your mouth and quickly left the feeling of wanting more and more.

Salted Egg Lobster & Prawn - egg noodles, tempura lobster, prawn kaffir lime, chilli, spring onions ($24). Hell yes! That's what I thought, very well seasoned egg noodles. The noodles it self is already delicious, added the crunchy subtle salted egg lobster and prawn. Perfectly cooked but I want more punch on the salted egg. But seriously, it's already delicious.

They are also famous for their Maine to Melbourne lobster roll but that day was so cold, I couldn't bring my self to eat chilled lobster. So noted, I will be back for that too as well as their ocean trout cornets please.
