Uncle Tetsu

Uncle Testu originally comes from Fukuoka in the 1990's, it's been there for a while, slowly spreading to all over Japan and now all over the world. It has successfully landed on China, Canada, Thailand, Philippines, Saudi Arabia, New Zealand, Korea, USA, Myanmar, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia and now Australia. Their first store in Australia located in Sydney, it created a wild noise then about a year after, it finally landed in Melbourne.

I have tried their original cheese cake and I love the fluffiness, lightness and not too sweet cheese flavour. Makes it possible to eat them in a large amount at once. Now, their Matcha Cheese Cake finally arrived. Well, it has the same texture but with slight matcha flavour which I like but if I have to choose, I still prefer the original flavour.

Cheese Cake Biscuits, Cream Cheese Pudding and Vanilla Pudding. Love their pudding so much, my husband likes the cream cheese but I like the vanilla more. Anyhow we will keep buying these pudding for sure. But the cheese biscuits just merely sweet like toast with sugar, I would like more cheese flavour in it please.
