Bomba Downstair is an every busy bar and casual dining, near Parliament Station. Merely reachable by all kind of transport and the interior decorated with red lights, dim lighting and bar stool tables. It has a Spanish flair and fast phase.

I started with various appetisers; Charcoal grilled Goolwa pipis with parsley, lemon & garlic ($8.5) and Bone marrow on toast with wagyu cecina ($6.5). Both of these dish pass with flying colours, I even want to order more of them. Pipis perfectly seasoned and fresh, bone marrow just melts in your mouth.

Move on to tapas; Baked Hervey Bay scallop with fino butter & migas ($6), Chargrilled quail with ajo blanco & grapes ($7.5) and Marinated lamb ribs with sumac yoghurt ($8.5). Again, every single one of them were delicious. Perfectly cooked scallop, tender quail nicely partnered with grapes then very well marinated lamb ribs. Yum!

Charcoal grilled Rangers Valley 5+ score wagyu tri-tip with mojo verde & horseradish ($30). Everything else comes pretty fast, except the main which make us a bit full went it finally arrived. Perfectly cooked meat but not as tender as I would like to be but I love the mojo verde.

Bomba is all about sharing plates and tapas, my favourite kind of meal these days. Cause it allows me to taste all kinds of food in small portions so I kind have everything that I want. I ended with Portuguese tart ($6) and Churros. Crispy outer layer with creamy warm inside, love  the Portuguese tart.
