@Home Maid Cafe

@Home Maid Cafe is one of the well known and popular Maid Cafe in Tokyo, Japan. The cafe was near from Akiba train station and there are plenty big advertisement near the famous SEGA store.

I have never been to a maid cafe before so this was exciting and intriguing. I have read it a million times in various comics books, mind you I used to read a lot of them during my primary, secondary and high school times. Entering the cafe, I had all the typical questions in my head such "Are there creepy men at the cafe?", "Is it okay for a girl to visit a maid cafe?" and many more. When I entered the cafe, one of the maids warmly welcomed me with "Oakerinasaimase Ojou-sama" means welcome home, mistress. The cafe was cutely furnished with pastel colours and the other thing I noticed was there were plenty of female customers. Sadly, we weren't allowed to take a picture of the cafe, the show and the maid.

We were seated on a small table and one of the maid explain to me that we can choose individually from the menu or set menu. Since it's my first time, I decided to go all so I can get a souvenir photo with the maid of your choice, even though it's quite pricey.The food and drinks was cute but the flavour was decent, don't expect anything amazing since Maid Cafe is all about the service, shows and the girls. The maid draw your drinks and foods in front of you and they sing to you as well.

Obviously, the service was friendly, attentive and they are all so cute. Even though I enjoyed the experience, I don't think I will come back anytime soon.
