Lillies Eatery has a friendly staff welcomed and served us since we stepped in. It also has a cozy ambience; great place to catch up with friends to grab lunch since it's also located conveniently near tram stop along busy Chapel Street.Walking distance to both Woolsworth and Coles, as well as the whole Chapel Street; great location for shopping before or after eating.

The restaurant it self is very spacious; easy to get seats for big groups as well. Functions or special occasions also welcome. Decoration theme is minimalistic, cafe is accompanied by chill music tracks to accompany conversations between meals. Their toilets are conveniently positioned, well-maintained and clean. Certain parts of the kitchen can be seen from seats (Open kitchen), noise from the kitchen is kept to a minimum and therefore is non-disturbing.They have some cookies, croissant, and other bakery staff at the front door, perfect quick-bites for those who walk pass! They also serve coffee to accompany your day!

Dr Marty’s Crumpets ($13). Recommended by the staff member;Blueberry compote provides sweetness to the dish. Vanilla mascarpone was rich, smooth and creamy, not very strong vanilla flavour. Wish there were more crushed walnuts to give crunchy texture to the dish.Good value for money.

Buttermilk Pancakes ($17.9). Impressive presentation. I personally prefer this to Dr. Marty’s Crumpets. Pancake was smooth and fluffy; not overwhelming. Ice cream was perfect in the sunny days;Strawberries, blueberries, and raspberry was sweet and blend well with the pancake; Act as a refreshing component to the dish.

Wagyu Beef Burger ($18.9). Wagyu Beef was juicy and perfectly cooked and well-seasoned. Not a big fan of the bun. Onion rings: well-seasoned and not greasy (unlike other most onion rings in other restaurants). Cheddar cheese goes very well together with the wagyu beef, providing rich flavor to the dish

Jungle Juice ($8.0) and Organic Orange Juice ($4.5). Perfect for sunny days. Refreshing. The jungle juice has a very strong ginger and beetroot flavour; perfect for those who love ginger drinks! Pulp of oranges were still present in the organic orange juice, indicating that the juice is freshly made from real oranges! Which I love.
