Proof Pizzeria is a pretty new place but don't mistake their quality.  Located in Heidelberg, pretty near to the station. The petit restaurant was warm, friendly with it's own wood fire oven to make delicious authentic pizza.

Share Platter ($25). Comes in a large plate with abundant shared starters. Starting with dip, cheese, cured salmon and prosciutto. I love the prosciutto with rock melon so much and my husband loves the dip with almond on top. Perfect to share and start conversations, especially for first date.

Shrooms - mushroom truffle, spread, homemade mozzarella, mushroom, taleggio, truffle oil, pecorino, basil, balsamic reduction ($23). Thick, puffy, crunchy crust with thin soft base with super generous sliced mushroom and pecorino. I would love more truffle oil but I always do. The balsamic reduction provide acidity as well as sweetness, perfect with the fragrant dough.

Prawn Pasta - angel hair pasta, prawns, garlic, chilli, parmesan, touch of Napoli ($26). Angel hair is not so common in Melbourne but I really like them. Soft, thin and delicate pasta with light napoli and succulent prawn. I can eat this every week.

Tiramisu ($13). This was the highlight of my meal. Soft, induldging, creamy tiramisu with perfect balanced of sweet and bitter, with abundant cream but enough spongy cake inside. Oh my, I went in to order two of them to take away straight away.

Anthony, the owner was very friendly and accomodating so is his staff. Even though, there's a miss understanding that they loss our booking but they handled it professional and eat marketing also apologise to me the next day. In the end all I can remember is that delicious tiramisu that I'm eating while I write this.
