The Hub 3070 is situated in the Northcote suburb only 5 minutes walking distance from Dennis station. There aren’t many cafes available around this residential area which makes them a gem café in this area.

We were welcomed by the friendly floor staff. The level of customer service offered from the Hub 3070 was brilliant and very attentive. The vibe and atmosphere was really great, comfortable and cosy. We started off our today’s journey by having a cup of cappuccino and mocha.

We ordered The Hub 3070 Big Breakfast (with sheltalia *Cypriot lamb and pork sausage*, potato rosti, grilled mushrooms, roast tomato, crushed avocado & a poached egg on Rustie’s organic sourdough. The mushrooms were grilled perfectly, the dish also served with the generous portion of potato rosti.Definitely worth to mention that we loved the in-house homemade sausage, the sausage had balance taste and it blended in perfectly with lamb and pork. Personally, we’re not a big fan of lamb but this one is exception. You should try the sausage when you’re visiting the Hub 3070.

Buttermilk Fried Chicken Burger (with provolone cheese, slaw, aioli & thick cut chips). The burger served with the hot and crispy chips on the side with tomato and mayo dipping sauce. The fried chicken was perfectly deep fried and seasoned well. The smell of buttermilk definitely increased your appetite and with the finely cut coleslaw inside the burger would make the taste even better. It’s one of the best Butter Fried Chicken burger we’ve ever had.

Brioche French Toast (with nutella cream cheese, toasted hazelnuts, raspberry macaron & fresh berries). The Brioche French Toast was served hot with the beautiful presentation. It was very colourful and very appealing. The blueberries and strawberries served were fresh. The taste of the dish was absolutely fantastic, it wasn’t too sweet and had balance taste.Definitely, happy to recommend this dish.

Smoothies:Muscle Milk (Date, chia seeds, peanut butter, vegan protein and almond milk) and Berry (Blueberries, strawberries, mango and coconut water). If you like a healthier option of drinks, you can opt for their smoothies and they do have a cold press juice as well. We’ve tried the Muscle Milk and Berry, they we’re absolutely fantastic! Overall, we had a great time in this café with great food, customer service and cosy vibe.
