Little Big Sugar Salt sitting on an old renovated house at the corner of Victoria St, Abbotsford. They specialised in serving healthy food with a twist and Chef Steph & Chef Isaac is responsible in delivering the good innovative food. The menu has a great range of gluten free, lactose free & vegan options. You can choose a selection of dishes from small or big, sweet or salty category.

I have attempt to go to Little Big Sugar Salt before but back then they were always busy and somehow on that day I always had something to do afterwards that I can't wait that long. So my attempt has always ended up in fail but this time I went on Saturday morning. Yes, they have a table waiting for us. Yay! They even make space for my baby stroller.

My husband feeling fruity that morning and ordered Beige Baron - banana, tahini, bee pollen, almond milk, maca, honey ($9) and I opted for their Chai. Both was presented nicely, simple but presentable and taste decent, not overly sweet which we highly appreciated.

As stereotypical as it sounds. My husband chosen His Pork - coffee glazed pork belly, cauliflower hummus, pickled green leaves, poached egg ($18). Perfectly tender flavourful pork, it taste in the middle of coffee sweet and salty which hard to achieve. Again, perfectly cooked egg againts creamy cauliflower. There's nothing wrong with this dish.

I'm feeling for a lil bit more tailor Tu Meke Breke - fried eggs, charred sourdough, whipped smoked butter ($13) extra spicy Turkish sausage ($7). I love the Turkish sausage so much that I wish there were more of them on the plate and that butter wow creamy smooth tasty against charred bread, just simply nice.

Black Forest Crumpets - coconut, cacao, beetroot mousse, black berry, crumble, fennel sugar, sweet basil, maple syrup ($16). We love the crumpet so much, not too dense, fluffy yet still hold it's body and warm. But we were a bit struggling with the beetroot mousse even though we like the berry, coconut and cacao.

All of the dishes look small but it's actually filling and just nice. I do not feel sick or way too full afterwards and no left over as well even though we ordered three dishes for two people. I honestly feel Little Big Sugar Salt is simple, honest and hearty.
