Dosage is a relatively new cafe at Burwood area. It's located besides medical place with it's own underground parking which is convenient for them. If the underground parking is full, there's an alley near bar the cafe where street parking is available.

I went in on a weekdays morning and quite amaze by the interior of the cafe. The cafe is quite petit but the way they build it is amazing. Every space has a purpose and they use it all, no space is wasted. They have a small indoor area with a couple table for two and a long communal table and a small outdoor area in front of the cafe, besides the indoor area, they have an outdoor courtyard. Perfect for pets and summer time. I love the charming outdoor area so much.

We started with some drinks; Coffee, Matcha Latte and  Nitrogen Charged Iced Tea - tea drop, mixed berry ($7). Their coffee and matcha latte were warm and creamy, both were up to standard. Their nitrogen iced tea is their signature drink. Comes in a laboratory theme, unique and fun. Taste of prominent raspberry, pretty refreshing and we can adjust our own sweetness. But there's no smokey drama that I have been waiting for.

Japanese Sustenance - fresh avocado, Japanese mayo slaw, spring onion, sweet tamago strips, pickled ginger, roasted seaweed, sesame seeds, sweet soy tare, warm bed of brown rice, red shiso furikake, yakitori chicken ($21). There's also an options to change the chicken to smoked salmon or teriyaki tofu. I love the whole thing about this dish except the chicken. It's more of slice chicken rather than yakitori and I needed it to be slightly saltier to balance the sweetness. But besides that the dish was fresh, light and yummy.

They have various selection of bagel, my mom picked Breaking Bad - poached eggs, smoked turkey ham, melted colby cheese, smashed avo, feta, sriracha ketchup syrige ($17.5). The bagel was good but a bit tough, even though that's a preference. Generous avocado which I love, perfectly cooked egg and unique sriracha ketchup. I do applaud them for the presentations. I didn't expect a bagel dish to look like that.

The staff was wonderful from the beginning to end. Both of them were genuinely friendly and warm to all of their customers and they certainly work hard. Even though the place is small but very well decorated that it does not feel cramp, maintain it's airiness and spaciness.
