Dear Liza is a place I'm very familiar with and have been there before many many times. So it's obvious that I like it. They just gone through major rebranding, they change their logo as well as the menu. But the venue remain more or less the same, just a minor change of furniture allocation in their indoor area. My favourite table with the bucket whole is still there, I'm glad cause they are unique and not many cafe have that.

I was greeted by Rochelle, the owner he self. She is clearly a hard worker and very passionate about this cafe. She move non stop during I was there, cleaning the table, taking order, delivering the meal and so on. We begin with Coffee and Lemongrass & Ginger Iced Tea ($15). Their coffee is as good as ever and the iced tea was super refreshing and comes on a tall glass which I love.

Chargrilled Smoky Pork Ribs ($24). Starting with my favourite, yes I love their moreton bay bug previously but they don't have it anymore due to their market price. But this pork ribs is now became my reason to come back. It was very well marinate, fall of the bone and so tender that I don't need a knife at all. The dipping sauce was a bit spicy with strong BBQ sauce which I love. I bought one more serving for me at home, that's how much I like it.

Waffle and Fried Chicken - bacon butter, maple syrup ($18). My mom loves the waffle so much, she gave it a perfect score. Fluffy airy waffle with a slight crispiness on the outside, taste yummy too with sweet delicious maple syrup and crunchy tender tasty chicken. Yum!

We were debating between this two but Rochelle said she will give us both; Baked Sweet Potato and Beer Battered Onion Rings -bbq sauce ($8ea). Again, both comes delicious. Love the creaminess and sweetness of the baked potato and the crunchiness tasty onion rings with that strong spicy BBQ Sauce.

We have to end with some sweetness; Deep Fried Salted Caramel Ice Cream ($5). Love that crispy coating but not oily at all which was amazing, it also has some coconut in it, giving it a bit of crunchiness and refreshing flavour contrasting with the creamy sweet salted caramel.

This time Dear Liza not only meat our standard, it certainly fly high. Perfect place, perfect food, perfect service. What would I want more? I want to come back for more of course! Next, I'll be back four the souffle omelette and more.
