Tinker (Revisited-Invited)

This is my third visit to Tinker. It's not a secret that I enjoyed my previous visit and I do think they are the second best out of all their brunch family, the number one of course still is Penta, followed by Temperance Society and Legacy. I have yet to try MOB and AOS, maybe sometime soon I will.

I came in with my mom and my baby, started with my all time favourite Sriracha Baked Salmon - raw zoodles, edamame, avocado, herb dressing and basil ($21). As usual their salmon is cooked perfectly with slight raw inside, combined with light herb dressings, edamame and of course soft a lil bit crunchy zucchini noodles. I just wish there was more avocado in the dish, it would elevate the dish even more.

Buttermilk Fried Chicken Burger - chipotle slaw, smoked cheese, lettuce, tomato on a brioche bun, rosemary salted fries ($21). My mom does not usually like chicken burger because most of the time the chicken patty taste pretty blend but this version was super nice, crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside and the most important is they were flavourful with generous slaw.

Mango & Saffron Panna Cotta - vanilla, almond, cranberry granola with strawberries, passionfruit, raspberry and coconut ($16.5). Just like on my last review. I love this panna cotta so much that I can not help to not ordered it again. My mom loves it as much as I do.

Jaffa Hotcakes - orange blossom hotcakes, orange curd, dark chocolate swirled meringue, strawberries, vanilla mascarpone ($18.5). Fluffy hotcakes is one of the things I enjoyed on a cold morning on my to mount macedon. Perfect ending to my breakfast.

The meal ends with a bliss. Their hospitality was fast and friendly, definitely recommended. One of the best brunch out there. I would love to come back to Tinker any time, especially for the mango pannacotta. Yum!
