Prospect Espresso (Revisited-Invited)

Once again I have been invited to Prospect Espresso, this time to try their brand new menu. Secret menu that only can be order by mentioning on who's insta you have seen it. Obviously, you can mention mine to order it. It's a fun way to order since it's kinda an exclusive, surprise menu.

House Dill and Citrus Cured Trout - grilled asparagus, smashed avocado, radish, a poached egg, multigrain toast, beetroot goats cheese curd ($18.5). Highlight of our second visit. Fresh, light trout with generous asparagus, perfectly cooked egg. The only thing I wanted more is the smashed avocado.


Jaffa Brioche French Toast - whipped nutella mascarpone, citrus segments, orange syrup, freeze dried raspberry, matcha soil, hazelnut crumble ($18.5). Amazingly creamy and rich nutella mascarpone, works well with hazelnut crumble but I can't taste the matcha in the soil just the colour but the french toast was fluffy and have a nice body.



Insta Special; Belgian Waffles - blueberry compote, white chocolate frosting, fresh berries, poached pear, hazelnut praline, Persian fairy floss. I do think that blueberry, white chocolate, berries, pear and praline works together but the waffles it self needed to be lighter and fluffier.



We also ordered their green smoothies which was a disappointment cause it really taste like vegies on your drinks. It still has chunks shredded vegies in it which was not enjoyable at all. But oh well, I'm not a fan of vegies smoothies anyway.

I was greeted by Wesley again in the beginning, he's as friendly as ever. Once again, we enjoyed our time at Prospect Espresso and would love to come back again for their sweet dish. I think that' their forte.
