Under Head Chef Matthew Butcher’s, the food at Mr. and Mrs. P is is designed to share to encourage tasting more delicious food. Between the three of them, they have over 30 years’ experience in the hospitality industry.

The venue it self embraces a modern, industrial and romantic atmosphere. Downstairs, is casual with high tables and stools. Upstairs is a function space with its own bar, and hidden gem courtyard perfect for a beautiful weather. The menu divided into Snacks, Cold Meats, Fromage, Sweet and To Share also can be enjoy with beautiful selection of wine, cocktails and more.

It was a night out for me and my husband. My mom is going back to Indonesia in coming weeks so we don't get the luxury to have a date night in a long time after she leaves. We started the night with Virgin Romeo & Juliette and Virgin Matcha in Heaven. Sadly, I'm still breastfeeding and my husband drives so none of us can drink cocktail or wine. But, wow I was surprise by how good both of the drinks were, possibly the best mocktail I have ever tasted ever. Definitely recommended, I can only imagine how delicious the real cocktail taste.

Steamed Oyster - white soy, ginger, crispy prosciutto ($14/3pcs) and Le Marquis Triple Cream Brie ($12). The oyster has a strong fishy smell and taste which makes me really hard to like it but the crispy prosciutto was a nice addition to the dish. On contrary, the cheese platter was the best cheese platter I have tasted in a long time. The brie was so creamy with lavosh and fruit. Just simply perfect to start the night or to have with wine.

BBQ Scallops - dashi, feremented wakami, wasabi gel ($22), Pork Belly - fermented cabbage, mustard anglaise ($24) and Blackmore Wagyu Beef - buttered risoni, green goddess dressing ($31). The scallops was beautifully cooked and served with aromatic broth but sadly it was slightly too salty but the pork belly was nicely seasoned with a slightly strong mustard anglaise. I wish the skin was crispier. Then the wagyu beef came with nice juicy red colour, tender with super creamy butter risoni and t
he green goddess dressing was fresh, cutting through cheesiness of the pasta.

We ended with a drama; Chocolate Cake - roasted white choc, hazelnut, lychee ($14). Comes in smokey liquid nitrogen, always love theatrical presentations. Super rich, thick chocolate cake. Delicious and indulgent.

I love their drinks so much, it's the first time I had matcha on my mocktails and it added creaminess to the drink. On Romeo and Juliette, they also use fresh fruits makes it really light and fresh unlike some mocktails that use bottle juice or can fruits.
