Capital Kitchen

Capital Kitchen is noticeable just because it's located in the fancy, high end area at Chadstone and it's also visible from the outside. There are plenty of seatings indoor and outdoor, spacey enough for kids and stroller to move around.

I spent a lot of time at Chadstone just because it's located near my place and it has a good combination between low, mid and high class boutiques. My sister in law has a new born and she made a date with one of my friend that's on her third trimester so we wanted someplace comfortable and spacey so definitely not food court. Walking in to the Capital Kitchen, it was crowded and it's kinda hard to find a table. We have order and pay at the counter so we decided to divide and conquer, I line up to order and the rest hunt for a table. Table service would be nice.

Sadly, the person on the cashier has a limited knowledge regarding the menu which was disappointing. We ordered Wagyu Burger with Chips, Pumpkin Soup, Grilled Chicken and Salt and Pepper Calamari. All the food were decent but the taste were average, some comes cold which was another disappointment.

The service was slow and unfriendly, with the new Chadstone wing opens providing large new food court and various new restaurants, I'm not sure I will ever come back to this place.
