Marci is another brunch place with bright homy decoration and vibrant comfy ambience. The cafe has a unique ordering system, they don't have menu on paper like others. Whether it's salad, breads or dessert, all you need are all on their display cabinet. They have 20 or more salad variation but only 6 were displayed. All of the variation keep changing over time to maintain customer interest.

As for the the drink, coffee never goes wrong with brunch. I ordered mocaccino, love their mocca, creamy milk, strong coffee but I can't really taste the chocolate which supposedly prominent in a mocca. My partner got a cup of cappuccino with soy milk. The espresso is bitter creamy with no sour note which is great. It has a hint of nutty feelings and we could taste the soy milk in it.

I chosen the smoked potato with chimmi churri, peas, parsley, and salmon as my protein. It was a fresh salad but personally the potato is the dominant ingredient. I would like the salad to be a lil flavourful, a touch of salt and pepper would work. The grilled salmon is a bit too dry for my taste and still has a lil bit fishy flavour but the peas were tasty, but I can't find the taste of chimmi churri in the dish.

My partner got a sweet potato, pearl cous cous, celery, raisin, herb, chemoula and grilled chicken as its protein. At the first mouthful, the dish is reminded me of mediterranean dish. The chicken is tasty but a little bit dry and overcooked. All the spices were blended nicely and the pearl cous cous was savoury yet the raisin was sweet which made a good balance.

We decided to try their bacon burger and we don't regret it. It was delicious. The bun was sweet and soft, the egg was cooked to perfection, and the caramelized onion was aromatic nicely partnered with the savoury bacon.

Move on to the dessert, we were attracted to their new york cheese cake. It was creamy but a bit too heavy. The texture was dense but not too hard and the lemon gives a nice freshness but not too sour. The fruits on the top make the cake prettier in appearance also bring freshness when you combine it with the cheese.

The last one is chocolate + raspberry decadence which labelled gluten free. It was light, we could feel the sourness inside the chocolate that came from raspberry. They put a generous amount of the raspberry not only on the top but also inside.

The staff are friendly and ready at anytime to serve us. We enjoyed our visit to Marci and would love to taste more of their food.
