Ribs & Schnitzel Co started with Yoram Malka and his believe that he could that his schnitzel to a restaurant business. He has previously run a successful local restaurant but decided to create a new one. Together with his daughter, the journey began.

The restaurant is quite small with a few tables; indoor, outdoor and semi outdoor. I prefer to sit at the semi outdoor space since the indoor space is pretty small and the only big table for a big group located on the semi outdoor space. It's also decorated with woods and bricks, it feels clean, bright and airy. There's also few mini tables where you can lounge around but have to slightly bend down to eat.

Pork Ribs served on a bed of chips (half -$17, full rack - $27) and Lamb Ribs ($23). In my opinion the pork ribs taste good but nothing quite out of ordinary but the price is very reasonable for the portions. Surprisingly, the lamb taste slightly better than the pork. Both served with lots of well seasoned chips, love it.

Loaded Fries; Sweet Potato & Mushroom and Sweet Potato & Bacon. With the loaded fries you get to choose between mushroom, pepper or bolognese sauce. They also have another version of fries which is cheesy fries topped with maple bacon, sounds delicious right? But I really love the sweet potato chips, well made and seasoned. The sauces was also delicious and generous. Somehow I like the mushroom more than the bacon even though both were really good.

Schnitzel; Mexican - crumbed chicken, salsa, corn, red cabbage, jalapenos, guacamole, sour cream, spring onion ($14), American - crumbed chicken, coleslaw, frankfurt sausage, fried onion, American mustard, tomato sauce, pickles ($14), Parma - crumbed chicken, bolognese sauce, ham, grated cheese, toasted ($14), Middle Eastern - flamed grilled chicken,Moroccan salsa, grilled eggplant, grilled capsicum, chickpeas, coriander, tahini ($14) and Green Falafel - mixed leaves, broccoli, green beans, capers, basil pesto, mixed seeds of poppy, sesame, chia, pepitas ($14). For me, the Mexican has an interesting taste because of the jalapenos and the American has the amazing pickles. The parma fall flat compared to Mexican and American, just because it's quite ordinary. I normally like grilled chicken than crumbed but somehow the Middle Eastern was quite bland but it has a great combination of ingredients just needed more seasoning. The last one is falafel, created for people who loves vegies. Honestly, it was quite nice too.

Overall, the food was quite good. Some needed an improvement but nothing major at all. The place was pretty small so I would love to come back on weekdays rather than peak times such as weekends.
