Seoulja Boy is a Korean fusion restaurant located in the heart of Melbourne CBD. It can be easily reached with trams, trains and other public transport. It's also conveniently located in the free tram zone.

I was invited to their launching party. The place is spacious, simple with minimalistic decorations but there are 2 LED lights on the wall and they added a funkiness to the place and simply become their centre piece decoration. We were welcomed by Marcus and one of the staff led us to the bar which located in the middle of the restaurant. Benny the restaurant owner was busy making cocktails and offered us the menu.
We started with two drinks; Mo'Money suggested by Benny and Blue Ivy. Mo'Money contained green tea, cucumber, mint, soju then blended all together, leave us with a very refreshing taste while Blue Icy contained blue curacao, pineapple, lemon, makgeolli and soju. It tasted very sweet but smooth and soft.

Not long after that, the staffs started mingle around serving us with various street foods. The first dish was called baby potatoes, basically boiled baby potatoes on a stick with caramelized garlic and soy sauce. The second was called Prawn K-Dog, to me it was very similar wth croquettes but on a stick filled with prawn, eggs and mayonnaise. The third was K-rice Paper Roll contained steak tartare, glass noodle, cucumber wrapped in rice paper. The staff also offer us beers to accompany our snacks.

There was a DJ with loud, vibrant music to entertain the guests. However, the restaurant was way too crowded which made the dining experience not so enjoyable. The food was tasty and I wish there were more of them in varieties and portions especially when they only serve one small plate for two people to share.
