Warrantina Lavender Farm is located in Yarra Valley, around 1 hour drive from Melbourne CBD. It was first opened in 1991 when Annemarie started growing a small amount of lavender on their farm. Now it has become one of the tourist attraction in Dandenong area, very popular during the end of the year.

Once a year when all the Lavender is fully bloom, they normally hold an event for the weekend to showcase the Lavender as well as mini market. There were live music, food stalls and other items such as bags, knits and more. There are also plenty of common area to sit down or have a nice relaxing picnic time for your family.

There are also their own Lavender Cafe serving from lavender scone to lavender tea but beware they are very busy during the event weekend. Inside the cafe they also sell various lavender merchandises such as lavender body lotions, soaps and more.

The main attraction of course the Lavender but sadly they only have a small yard of lavender field that we can venture into, I hope in future they decides to branch out and provide bigger and more lavender varieties of lavender.
