Cake Bake and Sweet Show is the perfect exhibition for somebody who is really passionate about baking, cake decorating or just simply loves to feast on cakes, breads, macarons and many more sugary temptations. It has been held every year for years in Melbourne as well as in Sydney featuring many celebrities and famous vendors.

I was contacted by Cake Bake and Sweet Show to attend the exhibition and given media pass so I can enjoy the full experience of the amazing festival. Since I grew up in a bakery business, I gladly attended and honestly I'm glad that I did.

They have five Live Theatre Demonstration; The Celebrity Theatre, Delicious Kitchen by Kitchen Aid, Cake Decorating Centre, Coles Bake & Decorate and Healthy Baking Stage by Equal. On top of that they also have four classes; Hands on Cake Decorating Workshop, Nestle Chocolate Masterclass, Decorating Classroom by Dr Oetker and Queen and Make & Take Class. This demonstration and classes features famous name such as Luke Hines (The Clean Living Cook), Sara Oteri (MasterChef Contestant 2015), Elena Duggan (MasterChef Winner 2016) and much more.

Besides learning plenty new skills and learning from the best personnel in the industry, you can also shop for various kind items, ingredients, kitchen sets and other equipments. There were raw ingredients, organic, kitchen set, sugar, printer and all the things you could imagine. This was certainly a baker's heaven.

There were also plenty of ready to go food, pastries, macarons, chocolate and all the sugary goodies you can imagine. Sweet For TillySt GerryMacaron de ParisMaggie Beer it's just a fraction of what's available to purchase.

Competition Art of Cake by LOYAL bakewear is a major factor to Cake, Bake and Sweets Show. The winner take home $4000 in cash and prizes and it's open to all novice baker, decorators to professional cake artist. There were two categories; wedding cakes and novelty candy land party cakes. People were lining up to see all the cakes entered to the competition and honestly they all go all out with this competition, I'm really impressed.

This was such a nice experience for me and I could not decide what to buy since there were plenty of them. I just wish there were more sweet beverages creation since it's part of the dessert culture these days. I'm looking forward to next year Cake Bake and Sweet Show!
