San Atone by Bludso's owned by Kevin Bludso or known as " The King of BBQ", he was born andraised in Compton/ He is a third generation pit master and smokehouse king who owns LA's best BBQ joint, Bludso's BBQ. His restaurant in USA has won No 1 spot in the "Top BBQ List in America"  by bug names such as Fox New, New York Times, CNN, Time Out and many more. They are specialised in slod and low cook on hand picked woods and seasoned with Kevin's secret recipe which he learns from his granny, Willie Mae Fields, who also though him the technique of smoking brisket and ribs from the age of nine.

One of my foodies friend sister had her birthday at San Atone and I quickly stopped by, I can't stay long cause I had another appointment right after it. The venue was decorated nicely with red neon light highlighting the modern place giving it a Southern vibe. Perfect for a party or function, it has a lively and fun vibe.

Texas Chilli Fries - Brisket chilli and melted cheese sauce ($12). Love the crunchy fries topped with melted cheese and some fresh tomatoes. Yum!

Shared Platters for two - beef brisket, pulled pork, 1/2 chicken, chicken sausage served with tangy coleslaw, mac & cheese and texas beef chilli ($64) and Pork Spare Ribs half rack ($39). All of the BBQ meat comes from their smoked pit has a deep smokey taste and deep flavour until the very end.

The service was really friendly and supper attentive even though they are really busy. It is certainly a nice addition to Crown family, adding a nice and different flavour than the rest of the existing restaurant.
