Rustic Table Deli (Invited)

Rustic Table Deli is a small cafe reachable by tram 75 from the city. It's a cafe serving simple breakfast and lunch food with a petit deli selling various cured meats and cheese.

Max Staples invited me in for a bite but sadly he wasn't present on the day but I get to meet his friendly housemate. I asked for a recommendation and he said their burger is one of the best seller so we went for it. The cafe it self was classic with wooden furnitures, minimum decoration and has a lil bit of rustic feeling.

I ordered a cup of coffee to start my day and it was a lovely cup of skinny cappuccino. Then I started with their Soup of The Day with bread; Minestrone ($9). The minestrone needed to be a little bit richer for me, it's too thin even though the flavour was tasty.

The Rustic Burger - beef pattie, crispy bacon, melted cheese, tomato, lettuce, tomato sauce and mayo ($13) with beer battered fries ($3.5). The burger are delicous starting with a tasty bun to the very crispy bacon, melted cheese and juicy well seasoned patty. Yum! No wonder it's a best seller. And their chips is thin and very crispy. Love it!

The service was friendly and attentive. I did enjoyed my time at Rustic Table Deli and that burger is certainly something memorable for me.
