Saint Lucia is a relatively new bar and restaurant in Windsor area, owned by a team of husband and wife. Charlie and Steph's are both friendly and warm couple, they have traveled the world and Saint Lucia born from their inspiration of Caribbean, Cuba and Southern America.

I saw their famous dessert from the insider and decided to quickly visit them on a Sunday afternoon. I was greeted by the family dog, Bean. He was friendly and happily stroll around the place. Saint Lucia has a bohemian eclectic vibe decorated with dimmed lighting, candles, unique furnitures and some greeneries.

Salt Codd Fritters - soft fliffy potato, salted cod in a crispy coating ($8). The fritters has a thin crispy layer on the outside but soft creamy inside accompanied by creamy refreshing sauces.

Milk + Cookies ($13). This is what I came for, they have two options of making it PG 13 or R Rated. The only differences is they add rum on the cream. The cup was made of Hazelnut dark chocolate chip cookie with dark chocolate lining and filled with peanut butter mousse, dulce leche and rum cream. It was best shared between two peoples cause it's pretty heavy. The cookie cup is a bit hard to break but the flavours mixed in together are simply delicious.

Saint Lucia is a nice, intimate place to chill at Windsor area. It's a unique place that clearly stands out with their unique bohemian eclectic vibe and warm service from the owner them self.
