Naughty Boy is well known for the insta shakes. I have previously visited Naughty Boy closer to it's opening month, of course to try all of their insta shakes. The cafe is reachable by public trasnport such as tram no 1 or 8 from the city or there are also plenty of parking space around the neighbourhood.

Luke Hawkins (Ex Sartoria) reach out to me and inform me that he is know working at the Naughty Boy cafe and apparantly he like some of my work I did for Sartoria. He put in a good word for me to the Naughty Boy management and they agree to invite me in. I happily obliged. I went in with my mom and excited to finally show her the insta shakes.

Guest Shakes: Cereal Offender - cereal infused milk with chocolate cream, honeyjoy crumble and choc marshmallow cookie ($12). One of the best shakes, I love the cereal crunch mixed in with a lil bit of honey and milk chocolate.

I was feeling a bit under the weather and it's a cold windy day. I'm so happy to see the Soup of The Day: Leek and Potato with broadbean puree and garlic sourdough ($12) on their board. It comes with a very generous size, actually all of their dish comes in a very generous size. The potato soup was warm, smooth and creamy. Love it.

Fancy Toast - thick cut brioche French toast w/ poached pear, creme anglaise, berry coulis and cinnamon icing ($17.9). My mom loves the creme anglaise so much so do I, we were thinking to put a lil bit rum in the creme and it would elevate it even more.

Naughty Boy - otway bacon, truss tomatoes, Persian feta, falafels, field mushrooms, skordalia spread with poached eggs and Turkish bread ($21.9). What we love the most from this dish is their persian feta, it was really tasty mixed in with the lean otway bacon and smooth skordalia spread.

My mom and I left with a happy feeling. She love the food so much that she really eat it again for dinner. She said it's one of the best brunch so far. The service was friendly but the food take a little bit longer to be served, it is understandable because the cafe is busy even though it's weekdays. After all this time, Naughty Boy stay strong despite the tough competition in cafe business nowadays.
