Tosaria is located in Henderson Road, Rowville. It's the pioneer of the cafe culture in the area with the beautiful view of well treed reserve. They are open seven days a week for breakfast and lunch, dinner from Tuesday to Saturday. Beside that they also have a live music night on Friday, steak  night on Tuesdays, burger nights and parma nights as well. They holds numerous fun events throughout the year.

Girleatmelbourne was invited to this event and she wanted someone to come with her. Since my house located relatively near to Tosaria. She pick me up in the morning and we began the quiet (cause we were sleepy) journey to the cafe. The cafe was spacious, airy and much bigger than I expected. They have a small outdoor area with umbrella perfect for summer, their own parking space, spacious indoor restaurant area for 90 people but what I love the most is their terrace area. The terrace is perfect for function, it can be fully isolated from the dining area. Natural lighting comes through from the glass window and on a sunny day, the windows can be open to let fresh air in. It ables to fit 70-100 people and decorated with timber, hanging plants, wooden furnitures, red cushions and pretty flowers.

The event started with some sweet snacks with fresh infused waters and then followed by short speech by the Chef.

It was a 10am on a Sunday morning event and it was a struggle for me to get out of the bed after the long week so I needed my favourite Skinny Cappuccino. It was warm with nice bitter flavour, just enough to wake me up through out the event.

Baked Beans - house made Baked beans, fried eggs, avocado, sour cream & grilled pita ($17.5). The pita was  the most enjoyable part of the dish, it was nice, warm and crisp on the outside but moist inside.

Chorizo Scrambled Eggs - chorizo, tomato sugo, spinach & feta ($16). I love this dish the most, @forkwith us order this and share some with me. The chorizo was super tasty, the scrambled egg was fluffy and soft.

Brioche French Toast - orange, creme fraiche, blueberries & matcha puffed rice granolla ($14.5). The French toast was moist but I wanted some crisp on the outside, the cream was nice but the winner definitely the crunchy and sweet matcha puffed rice granolla.

Salmon Omelette - house cured salmon, fennel, horseradish cream & watercress ($18.9). The omelette was too dry and dense for my taste and the horseradish cream has a very strong dill flavour. The good thing about this dish was the generous portions.

The others bloggers order Baked eggs, Pumpkin Hummus ($14), Bircher Muesli ($12.5), Zucchini Fritters ($15.9) and Pulled Pork Sandwich ($14.5).

At the end we were given a goodies bag filled with Scrolls from Eat a Scroll, Juice from Ayomo, super Muesli from Adelia and many other pamphlets. It was a nice surprise.

It was a fun morning, we all understand each other in terms of food, taking pictures, rearranging the table and many other fun topics. This is why I love food blogger event even though sometimes it could be a little bit daunting if people starts comparing their Instagram followers and all. But it's a motivation to grow and you can't imagine how much things I get to learn. Thank you, Christine from @MelbFoodBaby for doing such a great job with the event.
