Wonder Dawg sells a unique variety of premium hot dogs and all of them are inspired by various world cuisines. Such as smart and creative concepts invented by Ika, the owner of Wonder Dawg. If you are residing on Perth, you may have heard of their name as they have been popping up at multiple areas over the past few months.

When I was planning to visit Perth, one of my friend said to me "Hey, one of my friend just open up a new hot dog places, would you come and write a review about them?" Of course I said yes. The restaurant it self was a shared place which means there are a couple other restaurants renting the place and occupied them on different times. The concept bothers me a little bit but also intrigue me, it's a good testing ground for a brand new restaurants before opening their own permanent space.

WD Summer Fizz - pineapple, guava, strawberry, mint & sodas ($3.5). It was fizzy, bubbly, fresh and sweet. Love it!

Corn Dog - premium smoky sausage on a stick coated with a thick layer of cornmeal batter served with tomato sauce & mustard ($3.5).

Okonomi Dawg - premium smoky sausage, seaweed, bonito flakes, tempura bubbles, sauteed cabbage, caramelised onion with WD okonomiyaki mayo ($9.9). The bun was soft inside and a bit crispy on the outside but I do like the seaweed, tempura bubbles and bonito flakes.

Banh Mi Dawg - premium pork sausage, asian slaw, coriander with WD Sriracha mayo ($9.9). The sriracha mayo gives the punching flavour to the dish mixed in with the tasty sausages and fresh asian slaw.

Pudding with Rum Custard - flavour of the day was Durian ($3). The texture was nice, chilled and soft but I think I like the Durian without the rum flavour.

Me and my friends enjoyed our time at Wonder Dawg and I do think their prices was really affordable, especially for students. Their menu has an appealing design with a bright, colourful and creative theme. I do wish them the best of luck and stay tuned on their Instagram account for more of their creative invention.
