Dani Zeini and partners brings you; Royal stacks. Royal stacks is recently open burger join located in Melbourne CBD. Dani Zeini is a well known Melbourne Burger experts and he is also the man behind Grand Trailer Park Taverna, Dandenong Pavillion, Truck Shop Deluxe and Easey's.

I'm invited by Dani Zeini and partners to their first look party, last week before it opens their door to public on Monday, 18 January. The place it self was decorated in wood tables and chairs, spacey with dim lighting and bright ordering counter. They have a big throne, complete with the crown and everybody were having fun with it.

Their menu consist of 8 various burger, the first one I got was Double Stack - two all Australian pasture beef patties, minced fresh daily, tomato, butter lettuce, American cheddar, special burger sauce, pickles ($11.5) The bun was fluffy and soft and it was reasonably price for a double patties burger.

Prince Harry - all Australian pasture beef patties, minced fresh daily, butter lettuce, American cheddar, Swiss cheese & a horseradish, shallot & gherkin mayo sauce ($11.5). This is my favourite burger out of the all three, I can't stop eating it, something about the mayo mixed with the rest of the ingredients just simply yummy.

Saint - two all Australian pasture beef patties, minced fresh daily, tomato, butter lettuce, bacon, America cheddar, raw onion, chipotle mayo, pickled jalapenoes ($13.5).

Chips, Chips with Cheese & Mini Potato Hash. I enjoyed both of this sides. It was well fried, crunchy but not too greasy. I just wish they provide some dipping sauce.

They served US inspire frozen custard by 7apples gelato as their dessert. I tried almost all of their flavours; Salted Caramel, Chocolate, Cheesecake, Peanut Butter and Kinder Surprise US inspired frozen custard. The texture was really smooth and the taste was really sweet.

I was waiting for The King burger cause I love mac and cheese croquettes on my burger, just like the one at The Grand Trailer Park Taverna but somehow I always missed it so I ended up not having it. Overall, it was an enjoyable, fun, vibrant and crowded night with a lot of good burgers.
