T by LuxBite is a tart shop  located in the Melbourne, CBD and only available for take away, there are no seatings available. No seating area was a let down. It would be nice to seat, eat tart and drink tea or coffee. T also sell some of LuxBite products macarons. It's a cute, small, well decorated shop. Sometimes at South Yarra LuxBite they also sell some of T by LuxBite tarts but for the complete collections you have to check them out at T by LuxBite CBD.

They have a wide ranges of tart starting from classic flavours such as lemon tart, blueberry tart and strawberry tart to the most innovative and creative tart. The cute Wang Wang tart - sour cherry jelly, white sesame caramel, black sesame panna cotta filled chocolate tart, coffee and hazelnut praline mousse, white chocolate glaze is one of their seasonal tart.

Kuma - cookie, mork hot chocolate, strawberry, banana, white chocolate milkshake mousse, caramel, chocolate tart. This is one of the regular cute tart available at T by LuxBite and it is certainly one of the most popular, not only because it's cute but because of the flavour.

The valentine packages are very unique and  romantic, they made four tart consist of L O V E and all with different flavours. I decided to change the O tart to the emoji tart - mango, yoghurt, lime syrup soaked white chocolate sponge, chocolate tart, which I think is so much cuter. Love the taste of the L tart in the valentine edition package, it was green tea with berry and vanilla with crunchy tart. V tart - lemon curd, hazelnut praline mouse filled chocolate tart, raspberry sugar crystallised hazelnut, white chocolate heart.  E tart is basically cheesecake in a tart - cherry jam, matcha syrup soaked sponge, matcha cream, cream cheese mousse. This is my second favourite from the set. Since the valentine packages have been so popular, they decided to make it permanent.

The egg tart from Chinese new year limited editions also taste great. Besides the super cute orange appearances, the taste from the orange tart sadly over shadowed by the humble egg tart with refreshing jelly on top.

Halloween is one of my favourite holiday just because I like creepy stuff and a big fans of Nightmare Before Christmas and by coincidence, I decided to visit T by LuxBite after brunch at Grain Store. I'm so happy when I discover the Jack Skellington tart - chocolate tart filled with white sesame caramel, sour cherry jelly & black sesame panna cotta mousse, white chocolate glaze.

Meringue Monster - green tea sponge, pistachio, watermelon yoghurt, sour strawberry mousse, charcoal meringue is a classic cake at LuxBite but they add chocolate devil horn for Halloween. This is one my favourite LuxBite cake. It was light, refreshing and I can eat all of them on my own.

Gingy Tart - cheesecake, ginger, burnt sugar, essence of Christmas mousse, caramel on top of a chocolate tart. This is one of the LuxBite Christmas edition, it's a tribute to Shrek fans and it is certainly taste like christmas.

T by LuxBite price list is pretty simple. All the special tart is $9.50, Circle is $9, Triangle is $8.50, Rectangle is $8 and Cake Tart is $88 for 12 pieces of triangle tart.

I have to give them two thumbs up for the cute designs and the variety tart they made. They made a normal fruit tart into something glamour. The most amazing and creative limited editions tarts, they made special flavours with special decorations according to the seasons, public holidays or events. Disclaimer this post accumulation of my visits to T by LuxBite since they open.
