Campos coffee has been a famous for a long time, Melbournians used to travel to Sydney just to taste this amazing goodness. Now it has a branch everywhere in Australia including Melbourne. They import coffee beans from farmers all over the world.

They finally open up a cafe with brunch and lunch food in it's menu. In their cafe they sell's various coffee beans and coffee equipments. The cafe it self decorated in campos green colours and dark wood chairs and tables.

The coffee is no doubt one of the best! Perfect temperature, nice kind of bitter and fluffy milk, would definitely come back for it. The crumpets served with jam and cream ($7) was just average, nothing really special about it.

Burnt fig & cinnamon muesli - honey yoghurt, fruit compote, orange blossom sugar ($11). The muesli was quite nice, it was crunchy, top with berries and soy milk and it is the best dish of the day.

Abuelita's paella - chorizo, scallops, green beans, saffron rice ($17), it was full of flavours and the rice was cooked perfectly but the scallops was over cooked.

The staff was really friendly and helpful, she was really cheerful the whole time we were there. The prices are relatively reasonable and cheaper than some brunch places around, approximately $30 for two people.

They have cupping sessions which means basic method of tasting coffee which is standard around the world. They uses the same procedures - 5oz of water at 92 degrees is added to 10g coffee coarsely ground. The coffee then steeps for 5 minutes and then the grinds removed and the coffee is ready to be analysed. This is a must experience for a coffee lover, it cost $30 pp (at least five coffee distinctions, take home pack coffee from the selections of the tasting table). Each sessions runs in a small group, approximately 45 minutes. Go directly to their website to booked a session. They have an online shop as well at their websites, it sells various coffee beans, other coffee products and various merchandise. Overall, it does not disappoint.
