Hortus

I find this cute very charming cafe right in front of etihad stadium with amazing view of the docks by accidents and of course I decided to go in and tried it. The downside it's always very windy and colder in docklands area so it would be freezing if you sit outside but inside its very warm and cozy. They also provide blankets on their seats. It's a unique place indeed.

There are only 2 staff inside, both of them are really busy and I think because of that they seems a bit unfriendly but they are pretty helpful when needed. The cute stand inside is their little kitchen.

The lighting inside was amazing and all the credit goes to the natural sunlight from the outside. Definitely love the vibe. It's a really nice place for sometime alone to enjoy your books.

Their coffee was good, all the credit goes to seven seeds. It's a great place to a quick take away coffee before work or after lunch.

I ordered the onion, garlic and cauliflower soup. They come in a very generous portions with bread. The bread was really good, warm with butter, light and crunchy. The soup it self was really thick but taste really good.
