Om Nom Kitchen & Dessert Bar - Adelphi Hotel
This small dessert bar located in the lobby of Adelphi Hotel and all the desserts are designed by Indonesian Head Chef Christy Tania. Even though it's small but this place certainly design well. It has luxurious vibe, romantic with the dim lighting, there is some fun and unique aspects with some table have a swings chair.I tried the souffle long time a go, close to the time Christy Tania was featured on MasterChef Australia and the taste of the souffle it self was good but a bit heavy, missing the airy and fluffy aspects of souffle.

This time we ordered the famous Raspberry fields ($25). It's the mushroom look alike desserts and it's charmingly cute and appealing. The presentations are amazingly creative and immaculately made. The best things is it also taste good, refreshing and light but the potions are so small for the price. The meringue was sweet and the sorbet was sour which make them a perfect combinations. To top it all of with fresh fruits and jelly that will explode in your mouth when you eat it as garnish.
The second desserts was the dessert Christy Tania presents on Masterchef Australia, the mango alphonso ($25) was not as amazing as I thought it would be. The pastry choux was not crunchy enough, it was a bit soggy. The overall taste was just okay. It has an asian twist to it, coconut milk mixed mango. It feels like eating a french style mango sago.
The chocolaterrarium ($28) also was not as amazing as the presentations. The combination was extremely complicated but it taste similar to chocolate cake with churros and a bit of cream. They cake are very dried. Out of everything these was my least favourite.
For me overall, it's more of one time experience rather than ongoing.
